HOW LONG WILL MY ARTWORK TAKE?
Depending on the complexity of your project and whether you have a specific deadline, we aim to complete your artwork within 3–7 working days from payment and confirmation of your design brief. More detailed or larger projects may require additional time, but we'll always keep you updated throughout the process. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Every project is different, so our pricing depends on the complexity, amount of artwork required, and the type of product or packaging being designed.
You’ll find pricing and details listed with each design service. For larger projects, multiple designs, or ongoing work, we can also provide a custom quote or retainer option.

DO I NEED IDEAS FIRST?
You don’t need to have the entire design figured out — that’s our job — but we do need some direction.
The more information you give us, the better. Send over your ideas, colours, themes, references, logos, examples you like (or hate), and anything else that helps us understand the look you’re going for.
Basically, overshare. We’d rather have too much information than not enough.
The more we know, the more we can make the final artwork feel like it was actually made for your brand.
HOW IS YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER DESIGNERS?
We’re big on quality over quantity.
With over 13 years of experience in design and print, we understand that a design doesn’t just need to look good on a screen — it needs to work properly when it becomes a real product.
Where applicable, your design will also include a complimentary simplified 3D mockup, giving you a better idea of how the finished product will look before it goes into production.
Communication is a huge part of our process too. If something isn’t possible, a deadline is unrealistic, or we think there’s a better way to approach your project, we’ll tell you.
No disappearing acts. No unnecessary bullshit. Just good design and clear communication.
WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
Once payment has been received and we have everything needed to begin, your project is officially in the queue.
We’ll work from the information, artwork and references you’ve provided and keep you updated throughout the design process.
Project updates and previews can be sent through WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram, making it easy to communicate, provide feedback and make revisions.
When submitting your details, please include your mobile number and country code (for example, +44 for the UK) along with your preferred messaging platform.
Once everything is approved, we’ll prepare and supply your final artwork files ready for use.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN YOU DESIGN FOR?
We specialise in custom branding, packaging and artwork across a wide range of products.
This includes mylar bags, pre-roll packaging, jars, concentrate packaging and plenty more.
More intricate projects — such as boxes, unusual packaging formats, or products requiring additional artwork and setup — may need to be quoted separately.
If you can’t see exactly what you need listed on the website, send us the details and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
We’ll work with you throughout the project to make sure you’re happy with the final result before anything is signed off. Once you’ve given final approval, the artwork is considered complete.
Any changes requested after final approval will be charged at $10 per revision. Don’t worry — we’ll always let you know beforehand and no additional charges will ever be made without your approval.
Good communication makes good design. We ask that you provide clear feedback, references and information throughout the process so we can keep things moving smoothly and get your project finished without unnecessary delays.
FILE MANAGEMENT
Once your project is complete, your final artwork will be sent directly to you and securely backed up via Dropbox.
Where applicable, we’ll also create a dedicated shared folder labelled with your company or brand name, giving you one easy place to access your artwork without digging through old emails or messages.
We strongly recommend downloading and keeping your own backup of all completed files. While we do our best to keep everything organised and safely stored, your final artwork should always be backed up on your own device or cloud storage too.
